Our story began in 1891
We are a proud member of Faber Group. The story of Faber Group began in 1891, when the Halbertsma family took up a new trade and started producing wooden barrels for butter, the Faber family founded a similar business in Assen in 1935.
In 1969 the Faber company decided to shift its production focus to pallets as well. A great idea, as it turned out. In 1992, the two companies merged to form the Faber Halbertsma Group. Over the years, we have grown into today’s family of companies, providing a portfolio of sustainable pallet and pooling services and products.
At Faber we truly believe that with the rise of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and data-driven solutions we can increase the re-use and recude the CO2 footprint of load carriers! That is why Faber LABS is founded to support the digital transformation.

Our "clubhouse" is located in the historic Gruyterfabriek in 's-Hertogenbosch, also known as "The City of Data." The city is famous for its delicious Bossche Bollen and vibrant carnival celebrations, for us, it's the perfect place to innovate.
